Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age > 18 years old; 2. Primary complaint of decreased vision, distorted vision, and the presence of black shadows before the eyes; 3. Eyes displaying features of FVHL in OCTA images of MNV patients; 4. OCTA image signal strength of >=6/10, with no significant motion or segmentation artifacts; 5. A follow-up period of no less than 3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of other ocular diseases such as glaucoma, optic neuropathy, or diabetic retinopathy; 2. Presence of other serious systemic diseases including uncontrolled hypertension, diabetes, and systemic medications with known retinal toxicity; 3. Receipt of intravitreal anti-VEGF injections or other retinal surgeries within the past 6 months; 4. Incomplete medical records.
