Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Signed the informed consent form; 2. Aged 18 years or older; 3. Pathologically confirmed with digestive system malignancy; 4. Clear consciousness and no communication disorders; 5. Willing to undergo follow-up and expected survival time of more than 6 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. mPG-SGA score < 2 or NRS2002 score < 3; 2. Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (AIDS); 3. Patients who have undergone organ transplantation; 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. Patients concurrently participating in other clinical intervention studies; 6. Lack of self-care ability; 7. Patients unable to perform exercise during the perioperative period; 8. Severe comorbidities, such as uncontrolled heart disease or severe hepatic/renal insufficiency.
