Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Voluntarily sign informed consent; 2.Clinical nurses from the three tertiary hospitals in Ankang City; 3.Aged between 18 and 60 years old, voluntarily participating in this project; 4.Able to complete all research tasks and measurements of assessment indicators during the study period;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Nurses suffering from severe mental disorders (such as schizophrenia, acute phase of bipolar disorder, etc.) or cognitive disorders, who are unable to cooperate with the study; 2.Nurses who cannot complete the research tasks due to job transfer, further training, maternity leave, or other reasons during the study period; 3.Nurses suffering from severe physical illnesses that may affect the research results; 4.Extreme or contradictory questionnaire results (such as selecting high scores for both "feeling calm" and "feeling anxious" in the SAS);
