Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Female, aged >= 18 years; 2. Pathologically confirmed primary breast cancer, staged as AJCC 8th Edition Stage I–IIIA; 3. Completed radical surgery and received standardized postoperative adjuvant therapy; 4. With complete records of adverse reactions during treatment, and the grading was performed in accordance with the CTCAE v5.0 criteria;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Distant metastasis at diagnosis; 2. Previous receipt of neoadjuvant therapy; 3. Complicated with severe underlying diseases that affect treatment safety; 4. Adverse reactions not caused by anti-tumor therapy; 5. Incomplete clinical data.
