Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: This study was approved by the hospital Ethics Committee, and written informed consent was obtained from all patients and their family members. Patients scheduled for elective painless abortion in the outpatient operating room of our hospital were selected based on the following inclusion criteria: 1. intrauterine early pregnancy confirmed by ultrasound; 2.ASA physical status I–II; 3. age 18–45 years; 4. body weight 40–70 kg; 5. gestational age 40–75 days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with known allergy to opioids or benzodiazepines; 2.Patients with a difficult airway; 3.Patients with schizophrenia or severe depression; 4.Patients with myasthenia gravis.
