18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age between 18 and 70 years old;? 2.Patients with good surgical tolerance, no definite contraindications, and who have signed the informed consent documents related to the surgery;? 3.Patients diagnosed as cholelithiasis by completing abdominal Doppler ultrasound, CT or MRCP;? 4.No history of gastrointestinal surgery;? 5.Normal gallbladder function with a gallbladder emptying index >= 50% (evaluated by preoperative ultrasound).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of previous abdominal surgery, suspected malignant lesions of the gallbladder, or presence of malignant tumors of hepatobiliary and pancreatic diseases;? 2.Gallbladder duct or common bile duct stones;? 3.Patients with severe anesthetic contraindications such as severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency;? 4.Patients with severe abnormalities of liver and kidney function or coagulation disorders;? 5.Patients with missing or incomplete medical records or follow-up records;? 6.Females who are pregnant, lactating or in the puerperium;? 7.Patients with cognitive impairment, mental illness or other conditions that affect treatment cooperation.
