Control group:Apply triamcinolone acetonide Oral ointment locally to the affected area
Experimental group:Photodynamic local irradiation on the affected area of oral mucosa combined with local application of triamcinolone acetonide oral ointment on the affected area

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Be capable of giving informed consent and signing the informed consent form;2. Age over 18 years old (including the critical value); 3. Erosive OLP that was diagnosed clinically and histopathologically and met the diagnostic criteria of WHO 2003; 4. Erosion/ulcerative damage occurs on the oral mucosa and the affected area is >=5mm ^2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from uncontrolled hypertension, heart disease, diabetes or other systemic diseases; 2. Accompanied by other oral mucosal diseases; 3. Received immunotherapy within 3 months or received local or systemic treatment of OLP within 1 week; 4. Those who have been clearly diagnosed with drug-induced lichenoid damage; 5. Patients suspected of having contact lichenoid lesions; 6. Patients with oral lichenoid damage related to tumors, including those with oral lichenoid damage induced by radiotherapy, chemotherapy, etc; 7. Pregnant or lactating patients; 8. People allergic to triamcinolone acetonide and methylene blue.
