Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age more than 18; 2. Sign the informed consent form;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with severe psychiatric or neurological disorders affecting compliance; 2. Patients with severe heart, lung, liver, kidney disease and advanced malignant tumors; 3. Life expectancy < 1 year, or unable to complete follow-up; 4. Those who do not complete the relevant questionnaires or relevant examinations; 5. Those who are unable to complete follow-up or refuse sample collection; 6. Refusal of the patient or family member to participate in the study.
