18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients scheduled for thoracoscopic surgery (wedge resection, segmentectomy, lobectomy) under general anesthesia; 2.Age 18–65; 3.ASA I-III; 4.18 < BMI < 30; 5.Complete clinical records are available, and the patient is willing to participate in clinical research treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Coagulation disorders; 2.Infection at the puncture site; 3.History of chronic pain prior to surgery; 4.History of thyroid surgery; 5.History of psychiatric disorders or cognitive impairment; 6.Long-term use of opioids or hypnotics (duration = 6 months);
