18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective laparoscopic partial hepatectomy. 2. Aged 18 to 70 years, with no gender restriction. 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status Grade I to III. 4. No severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction, severe skin allergy, or other underlying medical conditions. 5. All included patients have signed written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Obese patients with a body mass index (BMI) > 30 kg/m². 2. Severe valvular heart disease, cardiac arrhythmia, coagulation dysfunction, superior vena cava syndrome, left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) < 50%, or presence of ventricular wall motion abnormalities. 3. Contraindications to transesophageal echocardiography (TEE), including visceral perforation, esophageal stricture, esophageal tumor, esophageal perforation or laceration, esophageal diverticulum, and active upper gastrointestinal bleeding. 4. Severe pulmonary disease or previous pulmonary surgery. 5. Difficulty in obtaining adequate ultrasound images.
