Insufficient gingival thickness

Interventions

Fibro-Gides group/Xenogeneic collagen matrixs group(XCMs group):Fibro-Gide is applied for thickening in areas with thin gingiva.
Connective tissue grafts group(CTGs group):Connective tissue graft is applied for thickening in areas with thin gingiva.

18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18–75 years, regardless of gender; 2. Presenting with single-tooth loss, scheduled to receive implant restoration, and assessed as having insufficient soft tissue thickness at the implant site; 3. Patients have provided informed consent and signed the consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of uncontrolled systemic diseases; 2.Smoking or alcohol abuse; 3.Presence of inflammation at the implant site; 4.Pregnant or lactating women; 5.Allergy to collagen-based materials; 6.Inability to receive porcine-derived products due to religious beliefs; 7.Having undergone soft tissue augmentation therapy within the past 3 months.
