Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Requirement for long-term enteral nutrition support (>=4 weeks) with normal gastrointestinal function; 2. Standardized surgical procedures performed by the same surgical team; 3. Postoperative follow-up >=72 hours with complete clinical data (including nursing records and complications).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Conversion to open laparotomy during the operation; 2. Complicated with severe coagulation dysfunction, intra-abdominal infection, or intestinal obstruction; 3. Death, automatic discharge, or transfer to another hospital within 72 hours after surgery; 4. Complicated with severe hepatic and renal failure, or end-stage malignant tumor.
