Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. After being diagnosed by a professional physician, it meets the criteria for severe depression as stipulated in the Fourth Edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-IV). 2. Age >= 60 years old, with no obvious visual or auditory impairments. 3. Clear consciousness and clear language expression. 4. Voluntary participation with informed consent and signing of the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those diagnosed with diseases such as Parkinson's disease, stroke, cerebral hemorrhage, dementia, etc., and whose condition is unstable. 2. Those who have comorbid other severe mental disorders, mental retardation, mental disorders caused by the abuse of psychoactive substances that affect brain function or cognitive function assessment, or other physical diseases, and are not suitable to participate in this study as determined by professional physicians.
