18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. First-time unilateral total hip or total knee replacement surgery; 2. No severe dysfunction in the contralateral limb (muscle strength >= grade 4); 3. Clear consciousness and informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. A clear diagnosis of frailty before surgery (Fried phenotype >= 3 items); 2. Complicated with malignant tumors or autoimmune diseases; 3. Long-term use of glucocorticoids or immunosuppressants; 4. Inflammatory arthropathy or neuromuscular disease; 5. A history of major surgery or severe infection within the past 3 months.
