Interventions

Experimental group:The decompression ball therapy was used during the extraction surgery of the impacted third molar in the lower jaw.
Control group:During the extraction surgery of the impacted third molar in the lower jaw, the decompression ball therapy was not used.

18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 18 - 60 years old; 2. The impacted third molar in the lower jaw meets the removal criteria; 3. Able to tolerate the extraction surgery of the impacted third molar in the lower jaw; 4. Good compliance; 5. Routine tests and examinations show no surgical contraindications; 6. Fully understand the content of this study and have signed the informed consent form; 7. This is the first time to undergo the extraction surgery of the impacted third molar in the lower jaw.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe metabolic diseases, abnormal liver and kidney functions, and heart dysfunction who are not suitable for surgery; 2. Poor compliance; those diagnosed with anxiety or emotional disorders; those currently taking anti-anxiety drugs, analgesics, antihypertensive drugs or beta-blockers; 3. Severe mouth opening restriction; oral infections or chronic diseases; impacted third molars in the lower jaw with cysts; 4. Patients with oral tumors or oral mucosal diseases; those who have received or are receiving radiation therapy to the maxillofacial region; 5. Those who have participated in other clinical trials within the past three months; 6. Patients evaluated by the attending physician as not suitable for inclusion; 7. Patients who experienced complications during or after tooth extraction.
