Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age>=18years; 2.The first clinical diagnosis was AECOPD; 3.Expected hospital stay >= 7 days; 4.Normal verbal communication skills; 5.The patient has agreed to participate;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant woman; 2.Combined with severe cognitive impairment and severe mental illness; 3.Those with severe liver and kidney dysfunction, malignant tumors, chronic digestive system diseases, autoimmune disorders, those with other severe respiratory diseases apart from COPD, or those with severe diseases of other organs; 4.Patients whose medical records are incomplete and difficult to collect the observation indicators required for this study;
