chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)

Interventions

Aerobic Training Group:8 weeks of aerobic training (intensity at individual anaerobic threshold, mode: jogging, 30 minutes per session, 3-5 times per week)
Respiratory Muscle Training Group:8 weeks of respiratory muscle training (using tricolor ball breathing trainer, 10 minutes per session, 3-5 times per week)
Control Group:No intervention

35 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Complies with COPD diagnosis; 2. After tracheal relaxants, (FEV1/FVC) 90%.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Treatment with sympathomimetic drugs (such as theophylline); 2. Primary pulmonary arterial hypertension; 3. Heart failure with decreased EF values (left ventricular ejection fraction5cm); 7. Previously suffered from tension pneumothorax; 8. Uncontrolled hypertension; 9. Unstable angina pectoris.
