Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Nurses: 1. Healthcare personnel with experience in inter-hospital ECMO transport; 2. College degree or above; 3. Voluntarily participate in this study and provide informed consent. Patients: 1. Age >= 18 years; 2. Receiving VA-ECMO or VV-ECMO support due to any etiology (e.g., cardiogenic shock, respiratory failure); 3. Require inter-hospital transport, i.e., transfer from one hospital to another with a higher level of ECMO treatment capability; 4. The patient or their direct relative/legal guardian has provided informed consent prior to transport.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Nurses: 1. Personnel absent due to leave, external training, or during the survey period; 2. Interns, visiting scholars, or residents in standardized residency training. Patients: 1. Presence of absolute contraindications for transport; 2. Non-medical interruption of transport.
