Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for shoulder periarthritis in both traditional Chinese and Western medicine; 2. Also possesses the relevant ultrasound and MRI imaging data of the shoulder joint muscles and bones; 3. Voluntarily signs the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Does not meet the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria for shoulder periarthritis; 2. Has other inflammatory or traumatic joint diseases such as gouty arthritis and rheumatoid arthritis; 3. The patient has mental disorders or other conditions that prevent them from cooperating with the ultrasound examination; 4. The patient left the study halfway.
