Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The biopsy confirmed the diagnosis of prostate cancer. In the 2002 American Joint Committee on Cancer prostate cancer TNM staging system, T1N0 and T2N0 stage prostate cancer was defined as localized prostate cancer. Based on the clinical data of prostate cancer patients, patients with T1-T2 stage or T2 prostate cancer with PSA > 10 ng/mL and Gleason score 60 points.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with allergic constitution or who are allergic to the study drugs; 2. Those with poor compliance and unable to complete the entire observation process; 3. Those who do not exhibit the side effects of prostate cancer endocrine therapy or do not have the symptoms of liver and kidney yin deficiency as defined by traditional Chinese medicine; 4. Those with primary malignant tumors other than prostate cancer; 5. Those with severe systemic diseases such as heart, brain, liver, or kidney disorders and mental illnesses, or with a KPS score of less than 60; 6. Those with uncontrolled urinary tract infections; 7. Other situations that the researcher deems unsuitable for participation in the study.
