Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.18 years of age or older, with a confirmed diagnosis of malignant tumor by clinical, imaging or pathological examination, and a systemic chemotherapy regimen has been established 2.Successfully placed a PICC in the PICC insertion room of Peking Union Medical College Hospital within the past week and confirmed that the catheter tip is in the correct position (lower 1/3 of the superior vena cava or the superior vena cava-right atrium junction) 3.Decision to use a PICC as a chemotherapy delivery channel 4.At least one PICC dressing change was performed at Peking Union Medical College Hospital after PICC placement 5.Informed consent to participate in this study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Skin allergy (known history of allergy to dressings, tapes or fixation devices) 2.Accompanied by severe coagulopathy 3.Expected survival time < 3 months 4.Participating in other interventional studies
