Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ( 1 ) Patients undergoing elective laparoscopic hysterectomy under general anesthesia ( 18 = age < 65 years ) ; ( 2 ) ASA grade I-III ; ( 3 ) Informed consent of the patient or legal representative ;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ( 1 ) Communication disorders ( such as severe hearing impairment, language barrier or dementia ; ) ( 2 ) Patients with previous mental and neurological diseases : such as depression, severe central nervous inhibition, Parkinson 's disease, basal ganglia lesions, schizophrenia, epilepsy, Alzheimer 's disease, myasthenia gravis, etc. ( 3 ) patients with severe liver dysfunction ( Child-Pugh C ) ; ( 4 ) Patients with severe renal insufficiency ( dialysis before surgery ) ; ( 5 ) severe cardiac insufficiency ( METS < 4 ) ; ( 6 ) Preoperative alcohol dependence ( drinking more than three times the standard alcoholic beverages per day, equivalent to about 10 g of alcohol or equivalent to 50 g of Chinese liquor ) ; ( 7 ) Patients who were diagnosed with severe sleep disorders and long-term need for drug-assisted sleep, such as zolpidem tartrate tablets ( Stilnox ), alprazolam, trazodone, gabapentin, and olanzapine ; ( 8 ) Patients with adult obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome ( OSAHS ) or other severe respiratory diseases ; ( 9 ) Preoperative diagnosis of malignant tumors of the female reproductive system : such as endometrial cancer, cervical cancer ( excluding cervical intraepithelial neoplasia ), ovarian cancer, etc. ( 10 ) those who plan to continue treatment in ICU
