Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Elective spinal surgery; 2. Age 18-70 years; 3. Body mass index (BMI) 18-30 kg/m²; 4. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification ?-?.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of long-term opioid use; 2. Preoperative history of gastrointestinal disease, constipation, or abdominal surgery; 3. Concomitant severe heart, lung, or renal dysfunction; 4. Refusal to use a postoperative patient-controlled analgesia (PCA) pump; 5. Postoperative hemodynamic instability or respiratory insufficiency; 6. Other conditions deemed by the investigator to make continuation of the study impossible or inappropriate.
