Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Underwent arthroscopic autologous bone grafting (e.g., iliac crest) or arthroscopic Bankart repair combined with Remplissage procedure for anterior shoulder instability. (2)Minimum follow-up period of 1 year, with available CT or MRI data. (3)Glenoid bone defect ranging from 1% to 35%. (4)Presence of a Hill-Sachs lesion. (5)Age between 16 and 45 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Multidirectional instability or rotator cuff injury;? (2) Incomplete clinical and imaging documentation, including missing clinical/surgical records or loss to follow-up;? (3) Previous history of surgical intervention for shoulder instability;? (4) Active neuromuscular disorders, such as active epilepsy.
