Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Due to biliary atresia, the patient underwent surgical exploration in the pediatric surgery department of our hospital. During the operation, biliary atresia was diagnosed and Kasai surgery was performed. The control group included healthy children of similar age, children with jaundice not caused by biliary atresia, and children who underwent surgery for non-inflammatory reasons. 2. Willing to cooperate in completing the dynamic electrocardiogram examination and generating a heart rate variability analysis report. 3. Developed cholangitis after surgery and was hospitalized in the pediatric surgery department of our hospital for treatment. 4. Complete medical records and regular follow-up after surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The medical records are incomplete; 2. Children with arrhythmia need to be excluded; 3. There are other congenital biliary tract lesions and malformations, and cholangitis that does not occur after Kasai surgery; 4. Follow-up was lost after the surgery.
