RIPC Intervention - Sham Treatment Group:Remote ischemic preconditioning. 4 cycles: cuff inflated to 200 mmHg (or 50 mmHg above systolic blood pressure) for 5 minutes, followed by deflation for 5 minu
Sham Treatment - RIPC Intervention Group:Sham treatment (placebo control). 4 cycles: cuff inflated to 20 mmHg for 5 minutes, followed by deflation for 5 minutes. Applied to both upper arms 45–60 minut

18 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy males aged 18–35 years; 2. Body Mass Index (BMI) 18.5–24.9 kg/m²; 3. Engaging in >=150 minutes of moderate-to-vigorous physical activity per week; 4. No regular smoking or alcohol abuse history; 5. Voluntarily participate and sign the written informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Known history of cardiovascular, respiratory, metabolic, renal, or hematological diseases; 2. Risk of deep vein thrombosis, peripheral arterial disease, or unhealed trauma in upper limbs; 3. Use of medications or supplements that may affect cardiovascular function or exercise capacity within the past month; 4. Any absolute or relative contraindications to maximal exercise testing; 5. Inability to understand the study procedures or non-cooperation with study arrangements.
