Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with definite diagnosis of bloodstream infection or respiratory tract infection in Renji Hospital; 2.Bacteria were detected in blood or alveolar lavage fluid;

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients without a diagnosis of bloodstream infection or respiratory tract infection in Renji Hospital; 2.No bacteria were detected in blood or alveolar lavage fluid;
