18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18–70 years; 2. Undergoing regular hemodialysis for >=3 months with a treatment frequency of three times per week; 3. In stable condition with clear consciousness and no communication barriers; 4. Using an arteriovenous fistula as the vascular access for dialysis; 5. Voluntarily participating in the study and providing written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of osteoarticular or muscular disorders resulting in impaired motor function; 2. History of acute cardiovascular events (e.g., myocardial infarction, stroke, shock) or severe arrhythmia within the past 3 months; 3. History of neurological or psychiatric disorders; 4. Severe and poorly controlled hypertension or hypotension (systolic blood pressure >= 180 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure >= 110 mmHg, or blood pressure <= 90/60 mmHg).
