Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the 1997 American College of Rheumatology (ACR) revised classification criteria for SLE; 2. Be between 18 and 60 years of age and right-handed; 3. Voluntarily participate in the study and provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have other diagnosable connective tissue diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis, Sjögren's syndrome, etc. 2. Have a history of drug or alcohol addiction; 3. Have a history of organic encephalopathy or neurological disorders (e.g., history of craniocerebral trauma, surgery, Parkinson's disease, epilepsy, cerebral infarction, brain tumors, etc.) that may affect brain structure and function; 4. Exhibit obvious manifestations of active psychiatric disorders (e.g., severe behavioral disturbances and consciousness impairment); 5. Have contraindications for magnetic resonance imaging, such as claustrophobia or metal implants in the body; 6. Be pregnant or lactating women; 7. Show structural brain abnormalities on conventional T1- and T2-weighted MRI scans; 8. Exhibit excessive head motion during scanning that may affect MRI data preprocessing (translation > 2.0 mm or rotation > 2.0° in motion parameters).

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
(1) The interaction between 5-HTTLPR gene polymorphism (SS/SL/LL) and SLE disease status on resting-state brain functional indices (ReHo, ALFF, fALFF);; (2) Differences in brain functional indices betw;

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Interactive Effects of 5-HTTLPR Genotype and Depression/Anxiety Status (Based on HAMD/HAMA Scores) on Brain Function;
