Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 .Age range from 6 to 70 years old; 2 .ASA levels I and III; 3 .Subjects undergoing elective general anesthesia surgery requiring endotracheal intubation; 4 .Non acute hospitalized subjects who have undergone appropriate preoperative preparation; 5 .Informed consent, voluntarily participate in the experiment, and sign the informed consent form..
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Long term use of analgesics, psychiatric drugs (including opioids, NSAIDs, sedatives, antidepressants), and alcohol abusers for chronic pain; 2.Weight below or exceeding 15% of the standard weight; 3. Preoperative abnormal increase in liver and kidney function (ALT, AST, BUN, Cr); 4.History of abnormal anesthesia recovery in the past; 5. Suffering from esophageal reflux disease; 6. Sedatives, analgesics, and anti itch drugs were used 24 hours before surgery; 7. Subjects with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
