18 Years to 30 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Enrolled university or college student 2. Experienced at least one chronic stressful life event assessed by the Adolescent Life Events Scale within 1 to 12 months prior to enrollment 3. Posttraumatic Stress Disorder Checklist–Civilian Version (PCL-C) total score between 38 and 49 4. No physical or psychological diseases 5. Adequate cognitive function and comprehension ability 6. Age >= 18 years 7. Signed informed consent and voluntary participation in this study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals unable to attend consecutive intervention sessions 2. Those currently undergoing psychotherapy or taking psychotropic medications
