Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Zhejiang Province certified peritoneal dialysis specialist nurse who has already graduated and obtained the certificate of specialist nurse.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The cumulative working time in the peritoneal dialysis specialty field each year is less than 3 months.
