Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for the tixicodin group: 1. Diagnosed with IgA nephropathy by renal biopsy pathology; 2. Age >= 16 years old; 3. Received tixicodin treatment. Inclusion criteria for the control group: 1. Diagnosed with IgA nephropathy by renal biopsy pathology; 2. Age >= 16 years old; 3. Never received tixicodin treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for the tixicopim group: 1. The total duration of tixicopim treatment is less than 6 months; 2. Secondary IgA nephropathy, kidney transplantation, peritoneal dialysis, hemodialysis; 3. The eGFR at the time of tixicopim treatment is <= 15 mL/min/1.73m^2; 4. Follow-up period is less than 6 months; 5. Patients with incomplete main baseline and follow-up clinical data. Exclusion criteria for the control group: 1.
