Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18 or older; 2.Pathological diagnosis after heart transplant surgery:? ?Ischemic cardiomyopathy group:? Meets the diagnostic criteria for coronary artery disease-induced myocardial ischemia, infarction, and heart failure. ?Dilated cardiomyopathy group:? Meets the diagnostic criteria for primary dilated cardiomyopathy, with no significant stenosis of the coronary arteries. 3.The heart tissue specimen is preserved intact and can be used for pathological examination; 4.Complete clinical documentation, including medical history, operative records, and pathology reports.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Combined with other structural heart diseases (such as valvular heart disease, congenital heart disease)?; 2.Combined with active infection, tumor, or immune system disease; 3.Incomplete clinical or pathological data; 4.The sample quality does not meet the testing requirements.
