Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Secondary and emergency cardiac surgeries; 2.revious history of cerebral infarction/cerebral hemorrhage, with preoperative cognitive dysfunction; 3.Preoperative ultrasound examination revealed stenosis in the carotid artery; 4.Severe liver and kidney dysfunction, respiratory system disorders (COPD, OSAS, asthma, having had pneumonia or lung infection in the past 30 days, having undergone lung resection surgery before); 5.Before anesthesia induction, continuous use of vasoactive drugs was required to maintain blood pressure;

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
ncidence of hypotension during the induction period;Total consumption of vasoactive drugs during the induction period;

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The effect of depth control of anesthesia during the induction period;Induction period cerebral perfusion indicators - Carotid artery diameter (CaD, mm) - Carotid artery velocity-time integral (cVTI, cm) - Carotid artery corrected flow time (ccFT, ms) - Carotid artery f;The average arterial pressure (MAP) values (in mmHg) and heart rate (HR) values (in beats per minute) at each time point (T0: baseline; T1 - T10: 1 - 10 minutes after induction).;The incidence of perioperative cognitive dysfunction (POCD);The incidence of acute kidney injury (AKI);Intubation Conditions;
