Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Planned elective major abdominal surgery (such as radical resection of colorectal cancer, subtotal gastrectomy, hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery) 2. ASA Grade II–III; 3. Age >= 18 years; 4. All subjects and their families are willing to provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications for rTMS include intracranial metal implants, pacemakers, etc. 2. History of epilepsy or other neurological disorders; 3. Severe mental illness; 4. Severe cognitive impairment present prior to surgery; 5. History of head or brain injury; 6. Unable to cooperate in completing the assessment; 7. Severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 8.History of drug or alcohol abuse/dependence; 9. Chronic pain (pain control unsatisfactory for at least one month); 10.People who are allergic to the anesthetics or other drugs used in this experiment; 11.Individuals who have undergone transcranial magnetic stimulation therapy within the past three months; 12. Illiteracy;
