Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age > 18 years old 2. Diagnosed as patients with primary herpes zoster in the thoracic and lumbar regions 3. Unable to tolerate or ineffective after receiving first-line drug treatment (the pain VAS score remained >= 4 points after taking pregabalin 150mg twice daily) 4. Has good comprehension ability and can understand the treatment plan and follow-up 5. Voluntary and signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe diseases such as heart, brain, liver, and other conditions who cannot tolerate minimally invasive surgeries; 2. Those with contraindications for minimally invasive interventional treatments such as infection at the puncture site and abnormal coagulation function; 3. Allergic to local anesthetics and fat emulsions; 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. Unable to cooperate normally in completing questionnaires and follow-ups.
