40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Wound surgery patients scheduled for superficial surgical procedures at our hospital, with ASA physical status classification I-III; (2) Aged 40–80 years, regardless of gender; (3) Normal communication ability and capable of cooperating with cognitive function assessments; (4) Informed consent obtained.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe organic diseases or autoimmune diseases; (2) Patients with psychiatric disorders, impaired consciousness, or cognitive/language dysfunction; (3) Patients with severe preoperative infection or sepsis; (4) Patients with abnormal neurological sensation in the affected limb; (5) History of any cerebrovascular accident within the past 3 months, such as stroke or transient ischemic attack; (6) History of anesthesia drug allergy or relevant anesthesia contraindications; participation in other drug clinical trials within the past 4 weeks.
