Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.?Obtain the Nurse Practitioner Qualification Certificate; 2.?New nurses within 2 years of employment; 3.?Full-time undergraduate degree or above; 4.?Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Continuous leave of =3 months within 1 year; 2.Previous clinical work experience.
