Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. For patients who were hospitalized in the Children and Adolescents Department of Chuzhou Second People's Hospital from May 2022 to December 2024; 2. Age between 12 and 18 years old; 3. After the three-level ward rounds, the diagnosis met the diagnostic criteria of the International Classification of Diseases, Tenth Revision (ICD-10); 4. The patients cooperated well, their depressive symptoms were relieved, the condition was relatively stable, they had certain communication skills, their social functions were slightly impaired, their self-awareness was intact; the total score of HAMD-17 was 7 points; the disease course was >2 weeks; 5. Normal intelligence
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Comorbid with severe diseases of important organs such as the heart, liver, and kidneys; 2. Has a history of severe brain organic lesions and substance addiction; 3. Has other severe mental disorders; 4. Had individual psychological therapy within 3 months before treatment; 5. Has a serious tendency or behavior of suicide; 6. The patient and his/her family are resistant to treatment, or absent or withdraw without reason during the treatment period.
