18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Pathologically confirmed diagnosis of prostate cancer. 2.Patients living with prostate cancer, including those under active surveillance, those receiving delayed treatment, or those under long-term follow-up after treatment who still have residual tumor burden. 3.Availability of complete baseline clinical assessment data, including demographic information, tumor characteristics, and information on prior and current treatments. 4.Age >= 18 years; no restriction on sex. 5.No other active malignant tumors. 6.Adequate cognitive capacity and good treatment adherence, with the ability to complete follow-up and related assessments according to the study protocol.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Unclear pathological diagnosis of prostate cancer or incomplete diagnostic information. 2.Presence of other active malignant tumors that may substantially interfere with the study outcomes. 3.Previously diagnosed severe mental disorders or severe cognitive impairment that prevent cooperation with follow-up and assessments. 4.Severe physical illnesses or other conditions that make completion of follow-up impossible. 5.Severe deficiency of key clinical or follow-up data that may affect outcome evaluation.
