Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Pathologically confirmed cases of head and neck cancer; 2. Patients aged 18-75 years, any gender; 3. Patients receiving intensity-modulated radiotherapy for the head and neck for the first time; 4. Karnofsky Performance Status (KPS) >=70; 5. Expected survival of at least 6 months; 6. Signed informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system, respiratory system diseases ; 2 family history or personal history of mental illness ; 3 suffering from oral mucosal diseases, periodontitis and other oral diseases or salivary gland diseases ; 4 is participating in other drug observers.
