Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Aged 18-85 years; 2 Presence of a non-calcified nodule with diameter >= 4 mm on chest CT; 3 Expected survival time >= 1 year; 4 Willing to participate and provide signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients with a confirmed pathological diagnosis of pulmonary nodules at enrollment; 2 Patients with poor general condition, such as severe hepatic or renal insufficiency; 3 Patients unable to comply with follow-up.
