Inclusion criteria: 1.Four-year nursing students from undergraduate colleges in Jiangxi province; 2.Informed and voluntary participation;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Absent from intensive study in the department; 2.The number of days off for internship is more than 2 days; 3.Change departments or interrupt the internship;
