Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18 to 80 years undergoing elective surgery under general anesthesia; 2. ASA grades I-III, with surgery anesthesia duration exceeding 2 hours; 3. Anesthesia maintenance medications include remifentanil combined with sevoflurane for general anesthesia or sevoflurane alone for general anesthesia; 4. Follow-up data on postoperative sleep, mood, and quality of postoperative recovery are available.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of allergy to benzodiazepines; 2. Previous history of myasthenia gravis, dementia, schizophrenia, severe depression; 3. The patient's general condition is poor, and they have a history of serious diseases such as cardiovascular system, respiratory system, liver and kidney system, central nervous system, and blood system; it is likely that they cannot survive for more than 3 months; 4. Alcoholics or drug addicts; 5. Preoperative use of sedative drugs, antidepressants; 6. Preoperative AIS baseline score >= 6 points. 7. During anesthesia maintenance, other intravenous general anesthetic drugs such as propofol/cyclopropane/etomidate are continuously pumped, or during the perioperative period, adjuvant drugs such as remifentanil, midazolam, nalbuphine, dezocine, noran are used; 8. Main data such as postoperative sleep assessment are missing.
