60 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 60-80 years, with a Kellgren-Lawrence grade >= III and the presence of synovitis; 2. Having received NSAID treatment for at least one week prior to surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The affected knee has other diseases besides osteoarthritis, such as infectious knee arthritis, etc. 2. Severe internal medical conditions, such as serious organic diseases in various systems like the liver, kidneys, heart, etc., and serious primary diseases in the hematopoietic system or those in the acute stage.
