Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients meeting the diagnostic criteria outlined in stroke guidelines and confirmed by medical imaging examinations; 2. Patients capable of completing questionnaires independently or with assistance; 3. Patients and their families provide informed consent and voluntarily participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Cognitive impairment and abnormal mental status; 2. Severe organ dysfunction or malignant tumors; 3. Severe disability, lower limb impairment, or inability to walk independently; 4. Disease in the palliative care stage.
