Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Analyze patients who were diagnosed with ILD for the first time at our hospital, Wenzhou People's Hospital, and the Provincial Hospital Affiliated to Fuzhou University from June 2025 to July 2027. Patients who were clearly diagnosed with IIM and met the 2017 ACR/EULAR classification criteria for idiopathic inflammatory myopathies will include 200 IIM patients. Include 100 non-IIM patients (with ILD manifestations due to COVID-19, other viral infections, lymphoproliferative diseases, etc., matched for age and gender during the same period).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Under 18 years old 2. Combined with mental disorders 3.The image is incomplete 4.Breastfeeding women and pregnant women
