Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18 years or older, regardless of gender; 2. Presence of associated chronic lung disease or conditions causing hypoxemia, such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, interstitial lung disease, bronchiectasis, etc.; 3. Diagnosed with Class III pulmonary arterial hypertension according to the Chinese Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (2021 Edition) and the 2022 ESC/ERS Guidelines for Diagnosis and Management of Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension. Diagnostic criteria: Mean pulmonary artery pressure >20 mmHg measured by right heart catheterization at sea level while at rest. 4. The subject or their legal guardian consents to participate in this trial and signs an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Researchers believe there are medical conditions unsuitable for study, including those where patients are unable to adhere to the protocol or follow-up procedures due to drug or alcohol abuse or severe mental illness.
