18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 18 and 70 years old; 2. Patients with IgAN recurrence indicated by transplanted kidney biopsy and treated with telitacicept; 3. Recently, the blood pressure has been controlled below 140/90 mmHg. 4. Those who have undergone regular follow-up after kidney transplantation and have complete follow-up data.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with severe complications, such as severe infections (e.g., active tuberculosis, various types of hepatitis), thromboembolism, etc; 2. Secondary IgA nephropathy; 3. Patients with multi-organ transplantation or combined organ transplantation; 4. Patients with dysfunction of other important organs; 5. Patients who did not take medication regularly or stopped medication on their own during treatment. 6. Abnormal laboratory indicators that require exclusion of subjects; 7. Exclude special pathological or clinical kidney disease types such as nephrotic syndrome, crescentic nephritis (with crescents exceeding 50%), minimal change nephropathy with IgA deposition, etc; 8. Patients who are unwilling to participate in this study and those who are considered unsuitable for the trial by the researchers.
